Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed and shipped/delivered from our Halifax studio within 5-7 days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us and let us know! We will do our best to make sure you get your order sooner.

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. 

  • Local Delivery: is based on postal code. Peninsula is $5, $8 for surrounding areas.
  • Nova Scotia (not eligible for delivery): $10
  • New Brunswick, Newfoundland, PEI: $12
  • Rest of Canada: $15
  • United States: $20

Shipping is free across Canada and the US on orders over $100.

UPDATE 2026: We are only available in Canada at the moment. Shipping to the US is currently paused while we navigate the newly-instated tariffs.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery with any proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If granted a refund, the cost of the item will be returned and does not include the shipping rates. We cannot process returns on gift cards or third-party purchases.
